New Years eve was pretty amazing, We had a hugeeee hotel room and I was able to spend some time with some of my best friends from college. I was kinda bummed that everyone I care about and love couldn’t make it to the hotel but everyone likes to do their own thing on New Years… I did get to spend it with some of my best friends from Loyola (Jessica, Sarah and Richa) and my man Pete. One of Pete’s best friends came to the hotel, Adam and brought his girlfriend, Kate and one of his buddys. It’s crazy to me that we had people from all over the country hanging out in the hotel room, Pete and Adam are from Indiana, Corey and Kate are from St.Louis and my girlfriends are from the Chicago-land area/suburbs. Sometimes I sit and think about how much can change in a year. Last New Years I spent time with totally different people, and was in a completely different part of my life. I would have never guessed I’d be spending New Years this year with Pete, sometimes its hard for me to believe we are even dating considering I had known him for quite sometime we didn’t start things up until March of 2010. Pete and I started dating 9 months ago today (exactly, April 3rd) and like I said, I would have never guessed that I would be spending New years with him. I wonder where I’ll be next year for New Years and who I’ll be with….that’s probably something I couldn’t predict even if I tried.
