Finally, the e-mail that I have been waiting for has arrived!
I found out that I will be Student Teaching and Wildwood World Magnet school and can’t wait to start. I’ve done some research on this school prior to sending my student teaching application out to them and the school seems to be a very good one. I’m not sure which grade or subject I will be teaching but I can’t wait to hear from them, I’m hoping 6th,7th or 8th graders. I loved teaching middle school E.S.L. much more than I enjoyed teaching and observing a grade school last spring.
Keep your fingers crossed for me so that I will receive my grade level placement soon!

What a great way to start May 1st 2012
That’s so exciting! I’m a 1stg teacher(my fifth yr). I remember my student teaching very clearly. I did half in 2nd and half in 6th. I’ve had 2 student teachers so far. My one this year just got a job last Wed. I’m very happy for her! If I have any advice for you, its to work super hard. Many student teachers get a job at the school they do their teaching at if they are good. I worked unreal hard cause I REALLY wanted to work at the school I dud mine. God answered that prayer!! Good luck. Have fun! I can’t wait for you to post stories about it.
