Tried My first Morning Star Garden Veggie Pattie the other day… Not bad for a frozen burger but I’d rather eat the massive fresh burgers from whole foods any day!
…. I’d rather chow down on one of these amazing black bean burgers from whole foods!
I ordered a chicken gyros at Lollapalooza this past weekend as well as a delicious black bean veggie wrap… The veggie wrap totally took the cake over the gyros. Conclusion: Chicken gyros do not compare to the real deal lamb gyros. When it comes to gyros it has to be fresh lamb. I guess I’m just a spoiled Greek girl who is very picky about her Greek food since I’ve been afforded the opportunity to eat only the best from my grandparents
I was shocked in regards to how many options Lolla had for vegan and vegetarians. It really is nice to see our society taking the initiative to offer health nuts like me better options at concert events! Finally, Chicago is becoming more conscious of those picky health eaters like me (Sidenote: I’m also pleased to say a Frozen Yogurt place has popped at my local mall FINALLY!) One of my favorite restaurants even had a stand at Lollapalooza this weekend, Kuma’s Corner. Best and craziest burgers in Chicago!
Besides all the crazy food addictions I’ve been having this week my main addiction was Eminem. I must have listen to his music all week before the concert just to get pumped up! Even though Lolla had some amazing food my main focus for the day wasn’t the food as much as it was to drink up with everyone before eminem appeared on stage…
